Who We Are

ANDY Corporation North America ("ANDY Corp") is a Montreal-based, privately owned and vertically integrated organization operating across key segments of the supply chain industry, including transportation, warehousing & distribution, logistics and brokerage, and fleet management solutions. With origins dating back to 2001 and a combination of European and North American experience, ANDY Corp prides itself on providing the highest standard of tailor-made supply chain services. ANDY Corp is known to transform clients' needs into business opportunities, all while integrating services that add value and simplify the customer experience. ANDY Corp is one of the fewest and largest women-owned organizations in every sector it operates in. In the last decade, ANDY Corp grew organically from one business unit of 60 team members in 2012 to four business units of more than 400 team members in 2022. Building on this momentum, in 2026 ANDY acquired JDW International and JMS Warehousing, two Ontario-based companies specializing in asset-based transportation and industrial warehousing, further expanding its geographic footprint, fleet capacity, and warehouse network across key North American markets.
